Director of Women's Ministries
Diane Walls -- Diane and her husband of 40 years, Fred, are the parents of Renee and Tim, and grandparents of eight. (Renee and her husband, Paul, attend Christ the Word with their five children.) Diane has worked with women of the Toledo area for eighteen years as a leader in Bible Study Fellowship.
Pathways Pastor
Jason Wiltse -- Jason is the newest addition to the CTW team, having assumed responsibility for Pathway and men's ministries in the fall of 2009. Jason has been married to Emily since 2006 and is father to Miles, John and Ava. Jason graduated from the the Reformed Evangelical Pastor's College in 2009.
Associate Pastor for Connections
Scott Killy -- Scott served Christ the Word as youth director from 2003-08. He now serves as the connections director. Scott has been married to Lynnette for 12 years and together they have two children, Anthony and Phoebe. Scott received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and is a 2008 graduate of the Reformed Evangelical Pastor's College.
Youth Director
Hunter Turner -- Hunter began serving the youth of Christ the Word in January 2007. He is married to Xinxin and father to Holly. He loves young people and desires to share Christ and serve others. He is currently enrolled in the Reformed Evangelical Pastor's College.
Associate Pastor for Worship and Education
Andrew Dionne -- Andrew began his service at Christ the Word in 2004. He is married to Sarah, and they have four children, Anna, Ezekiel, Thomas & Esther. Andrew graduated from Indiana University in 2002 with a Doctor of Music degree in composition and received his Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2004.
Senior Pastor
David Bayly -- David came to Toledo from Chicago in 1988. He is married to Cheryl. Together they have five children, Nathan, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Tessa and Isaiah. David graduated from Macalester College.
