Are you in the 1st through 6th grade? Then you’re invited to join the new CTW Kids Choir! Come develop your singing gifts and learn to worship God with more skill. We intend to have a blast learning and singing praises together to God. We’ll practice regularly and then have about three performances between September and May of each year. Practices are starting on September 19th. They will be held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday evenings at 5:15pm before evening services in the Sanctuary of the SDA building. The theme for this fall’s interim Sunday school class is financial stewardship. The class will be taught by Mike Ahrendt, Mario Dominguez and Matt Miklovic. Mike will dedicate the first class to a review of our progress with the building program and the To A Thousand Generations campaign. Mario and Matt will lead the next two classes on Biblical financial stewardship. The interim Sunday school session lasts three weeks and begins Aug. 29. This class will meet in the sanctuary. Sign up for the 2010 CTW Prayer Vigil
Sign-up for the 2010 Christ the Word Prayer Vigil are going on now! The vigil starts Friday, September 17th at 6:00 p.m. and ends Saturday, September 18th at 6:00 p.m. Come join us for a one hour block of prayer as we lift up corporate and individual needs. To get involved, just put your name on one of the hour slots on the Prayer Vigil poster in the narthex or talk to Jason Wiltse.

THIS SATURDAY...All college students are invited to join semperRef for a day at the lake! 11am to 10pm. Come whenever you can! We’ll meet right at the beach at East Harbor State Park Follow the entrance on back. When you come to the big fork, take it right to the Public Beach. Park in the far right lot down at the end.
