Dates have been set for the roof install! Lord willing the roof will go on from Monday, November 29th—Saturday December 4th.We need at least 20, but preferably 30+ men of CTW who will commit to giving a whole week to help put the roof on the new building. If a whole week is not possible, we will also take any partial participation for any of the days. The actual steel decking will already be in place with safety barriers around all parameters and openings, so it will be a relatively safe environment. If there are enough interested people, Christ the Word may join the WPOS co-ed power league for the first time ever. Games would be played at the WPOS gym on Monday nights. Kid's Clubs reach hundreds of unchurched boys and girls in schools throughout the area with the life changing Gospel message of Jesus Christ. Many elementary schools have given permission to hold Kid's Clubs in their facilities, the difficulty now is having enough people willing and able to teach and lead these clubs. Children's Outreach Ministries is holding its annual Kid's Club Kick-Off for all those interested in afterschool Bible Clubs in public elementary schools. Abortion is the murder of children. Join together against it by signing-up to pray at the Center for "Choice" during the 40 Days For Life at the table in the Narthex this Sunday. The 40 Days For Life is a time where we are being a physical and prayerful presence outside the clinic and praying for the salvation of the abortionist, the staff, the mothers, and the closure of the clinic.
