New Fall Trimester Sunday School Classes

We are excited to announce our upcoming Fall Trimester Sunday school classes which will begin on September 19. Two classes will be offered: 

Reformed Theology in All of Life, Part 1: Reformed Theology in the Home

Teachers: Andrew Dionne & others

Some of the questions this class will address are: What is the biblical view of fatherhood and motherhood? How does Reformed theology impact the way we discipline and disciple our children? How should we worship God in our homes? What is the place of recreation in our lives?  

 

Prayer and Praying

Teachers: Ben Byers, Bill Van Wormer, Jason Wiltse

On Sept. 17-18 our church body will gather together on the church property for our 2nd 24-hour prayer vigil. On the heals of this event, we will begin a Sunday school class devoted to prayer. Half of each class will be taken up with teaching on the topic of prayer and the remainder of the class will be used for immediate application--praying. Psalm 28:6 says, "Blessed be the Lord, because He has heard the voice of my supplication." May this truth be the constant refrain of this class.
