Day In BG Details

Dear Day in BG Participants!We are looking forward to a fun day romping around BG and exploring some of its unique sights.  We will begin by meeting at 9:15 am at the Windfarm which is located off of Route 6, west of BG.  You can't miss the big windmills swirling around!!  The physical address of the windfarm is the same as the landfill, 15320 Tontogany Road.  Please arrive on time so that we can begin our tour promptly at 9:30 am.  From the windfarm, we will head over to the landfill to learn about where our garbage goes after it gets whisked away by the garbage ...

Deadline for "Bowling Green Day" is today!

Today is the last day to contact Rhonda Heyerly for participation in the chok-full field trip "A Day in BG" scheduled for later this month.  Read on for the details of this intoxicating day! We are going to take a day in BG and explore the new and old in Wood County.  Pack a lunch and head on down to Bowling Green on Wednesday, April 28th.  We will begin at 9:15 am at the Windfarm and take a guided tour about the windmills, from there we are going to take a tour of the Wood County Landfill. Homeschool Event: Ag Awareness Day

Homeschoolers will visit the 2010 Ag Awareness Day at the Monroe County Fairgrounds on Friday, May 7, 2010, from 9:30 - 1:30 p.m.  Reservations should be made promptly as there are a limited number of spots available.
