LWY Work Day @ The Guthrie Home This Wednesday

We will meet at Harold Guthrie’s Home this Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. to help rake leaves, clean out his gutters, clean the inside of his home and help with other tasks around his home. Please bring a rake, some gloves and wear warm work clothes. Hot cider and hot cocoa will be provided. If time permits, once the work is done we’ll play some outdoor games such as Capture the Flag or Sardines. We’ll end at 9:00 p.m.

Make Me Laugh Variety Show Dec. 31

If you are looking for big laughs and tons of fun come join the scene at CTW’s annual New Year’s Eve Variety Show. You are encouraged to share your comedic talents through skit, song, joke telling, etc. Please contact Scott Killy or Tyson Turner if you are interested.  Snacks and drinks will be provided. Join us Thursday, December 31 from 6:30 p.m. till 10 p.m.

LWY Retro Night

The Living Word Youth will be meeting at Bob and Kirsten Heath’s house (16626 Cone Rd. Milan, MI 48160) at 5:30 this Wednesday for a “Retro Night” youth gathering. Strut your 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, or 80’s style. Whether it be Flower Child or Disco diva, outfits are mandatory. Prizes will be awarded for best costume. We will also enjoy a hotdog dinner followed by a bonfire.

LWY Jr. High Gal Gathering

All LWY Jr. High girls are invited to a fun Gal Gathering at 10:00 a.m. this Saturday. It will end at 1:00 p.m. and will be held at Xinxin Turner’s home (2042 Berdan Ave , Toledo, OH 43613).Cindy Skaff will lead a devotion on what it means to be a beautiful, godly girl and then speak about colors. Lunch is provided with nail painting and fellowship following the lunch. See Aimee or Xinxin if you have questions.
