The LWY is going on a mission trip from July 10-17, 2010 to Rehoboth Beach, DE. The total cost will be $300 or under, depending on the number of people going. Please take a (green or orange) Mission Trip Form TODAY! Instructions and information is on the form. These forms, with a non-refundable $25 fee are due Wednesday, January 6, 2010.
In an effort to help keep costs down for the youth winter retreat this year, the leaders are hoping to eliminate one of the larger expenses for the trip by not renting vans this year. The group is looking for several vans to help transport everyone to Camp Storer the weekend of February 12-14. If you have a vehicle that you would be willing to allow the group to use for the weekend, please contact Erica Scharer as soon as possible so that your van can be added to the list. Thanks. ...
All LWY members are invited to attend the LWY Lunch-N-Fellowship time at the Speweik home on Sunday, November 29 at 1:45 p.m. Youth are welcome and encouraged to stay for fellowship following lunch. The official ending of the event is 5 p.m. Food and drinks are provided. However, if their is interest in making a side dish or dessert please contact Aimee Speweik at 419-340-3478.
