- Reformed Evangelical Pastor's College
- Christ the Word in partnership with the Church of the Good Shepherd in Bloomington, Indiana, sponsors the Reformed Evnagelical Pastor's College. The college exists to train men for pastoral ministry within the context of a local church committed to the great Evangelical truths of the Reformation.
- Evangelism Explosion
- Evangelism Explosion trains Christians to share their faith effectively. Christ the Word's Evangelism Explosion ministry not only trains in evangelism, but provides opportunities to practice sharing the Gospel.
- Basic Training and OCS
- Basic Training and OCS are ministries focused on the development of Godly fathers within the home and Godly officers serving within the Church.
