Living Word Youth

LWY meets each Wednesday to study God's Word, to pray and to encourage one another in the faith. Living Word Youth is for youth grades 7-12. Group members serve, work on projects and enjoy fun outings throughout the year.

Living Word Youth meet at Mario and Lisa Dominguez' house each Wednesday night at 6:15 p.m. unless a special event is planned elsewhere.

What's Happening at Living Word Youth

LWY Creation Museum Trip...


The Living Word Youth are going back in time this Saturday, May 17th. Those who are attending need to meet at the Clark residence (5430 Waterville-Monclova Road) at 5:30 am for a prompt 6:00 am departure. Remember to bring your packed lunches labeled with your name. We should arrive back at the Clark's home around 9:30 pm for pick up.

Creation Museum Sign-up Deadline

The Living Word Youth will be headed to the Creation Museum in Petersburg, Kentucky on May 17. If you would like to go, please return the completed form with your payment ($25 or $32) to Rhonda Heyerly or Hunter Turner by midnight on THIS Wednesday, April 16, 2008. Homework Reminder for 4-9-08

Sr. High, don't forget to do your homework that Mr. Kepler assigned last time:
  • Read through Proverbs, and document where God speaks about what pleases and honors our father and mother, and what displeases them as well.

Remains of the 2008 Winter Retreat

This past Winter Retreat certain youth gathered together their mighty brains and cold hands to construct an igloo of grand size. It was over six feet tall and it could contain, as far as we tried, ten persons. The third picture is what it looks like 1 month and 5 days later. Enjoy!
