Early Bird Youth Retreat Sign-Up

Sign up early for the 2009 Living Word Youth Winter Retreat and save 25$.
How you ask?

1. Just fill out the pre-registration form below and return it with a $35 “hold-my-spot” non-refundable deposit to Hunter Turner or Rhonda Heyerly by midnight, Wednesday, September 24, 2008.

2. Turn in a second installment of $70by midnight, Wednesday, November 19, 2008.

3. The final balance due ($70for Early Bird Participants) will be due Wednesday, January 28, 2009. The cost for the retreat is $200 (only $175 if you participate in the early bird pre-registration.) You may also use your Kroger Cares Program funds for the final balance due. A statement of your account balance will be given to you in December and you can note your desired usage of funds for the winter retreat balance at that time. Please let Hunter Turner or Rhonda Heyerly know if you plan on using your Kroger Cares program funds.

**You are more than welcome to pay both the $35 and $70 installments together in September if you desire and skip the middle payment. That is at your discretion.**

We will once again be retreating to the lovely facilities of Son-Life Camp. The speaker for our weekend is our very own Andrew Dionne. Our focus for this year's retreat is “Virtual vs. Reality.” We will be leaving on Friday, February 13th, and returning Monday, February 16th, 2009. This is President's Day weekend, so schools will be off on that Monday. The fully detailed retreat brochure will be coming. It will include the permission slip/medical release forms that will need to be turned in with the balance due for the retreat.
