We Mourn With Our Brother Chris Scharer and His Family

Monday morning at about 8 am Chris Scharer's grandfather, Robert Melchior, passed away at Flower Hospital. He and his wife, Winifred, recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. Mr. Melchior was 97 years old and set an example for his family in his love for Jesus.

The family will receive friends at the Boyer-VanWormer-Scott Funeral Home, 5055 Secor Rd., North of Laskey Rd., Wednesday, March 19, 2008, 2-5 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. where services will be held Thursday, March 20, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. Interment Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation and funeral service for our dear sister Sylvia Guthrie, now in the presence of her Savior, will take place at Reeb Funeral Home in Sylvania (5712 Main Street, Sylvania, OH 43560).

Funeral
Wednesday, January 23, 11 a.m.

A luncheon will immediately follow the funeral at the SDA church building (4909 Sylvania Ave.).
